Would definitely recommend for an overnight stopping

Lovely room, friendly staff, great location, with free wi-fi available in rooms and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night.

For us it was ideal.

A conveniently located stay with a pleasant, clean Economy Single Room and friendly staff. Enjoyed a delightful breakfast featuring a variety of choices, including hash browns. the bathroom's shower pressure was disappointing, and noise from other guests late at night disrupted sleep. Parking permits will also be unavailable after November due to council changes.

the room we stayed in was really spacious n had a super comfy bed. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they even got dairy-free milk for my friend without any fuss. breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area with plenty of pubs n restaurants nearby. we loved the cozy vibe of cockermouth, it felt like a nice lil escape.

the carpet outside the rooms looked a bit worn and dirty n the windows in our room didn't open, making it a bit stuffy.

Big room with huge TV and excellent breakfast. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The family room spacious and clean. Breakfast tasty, with quality ingredients. Traffic noise outside can be distracting at night.

Fantastic Food and Friendly Atmosphere

My stay in Cockermouth was delightful thanks to the spacious and comfortable room, which had a super king-size bed and a lovely modern bathroom. The breakfast offered a generous variety of freshly prepared options that set a positive tone for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the noise from the nearby streets that could be a bit disruptive at night.

The dining at Allerdale Court was a proper treat! I dived into a freshly cooked breakfast that made my taste buds do a happy dance. Plus, the staff were top-notch, always ready with a cheeky smile and a helping hand! Clean and spacious rooms are also a bonus.

Now, if I'm being a bit cheeky, the shower could use a revamp—it was more of a squeeze than a soak, and the power was a bit weak. I could've done with a tad more privacy with the nearby seating area.

The family room was spacious and comfy, like a home away from home. The hotel had an excellent restaurant too! I really loved how easy it was to access local attractions and the complimentary parking was a nice bonus.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Allerdale Court in Cockermouth. The room was charming and spacious, and the breakfast was a highlight—freshly cooked and delicious. A minor note, the stairs might pose a challenge for some.
